My journey of storytelling and creation has been a practice of healing and growth. My photo story is an exhibition of canon events, of my journey captured on an iPhone and Canon. It is the beautiful testament to lived trauma and healing in my black woman experience. One where many of us can find pieces of ourselves. This exhibition is an ode to my story as a black birth worker, sexual assault survivor, educator, Black American genocide warrior, community activist, ancestral worker, lover and healer. Here is my proof that I still thrive in my divine purpose.
